Privacy policy

In order to give clients substantiated advice, it is important for the employees to receive all relevant information. The Center IKO collects the necessary data in order to provide a good advice. The data is not used for other purposes. Furthermore, notes and correspondence between you and the Center IKO are collected. The employees only register the data provided by you.  

 

Some data are more delicate than others, for example religion or descent. These special personal data are not registered, unless you give permission for this. Of course we want you to be sure that your privacy is protected and your data is not shared. For that purpose the Center IKO maintains a data protection regulation. In this regulation you can read how the Center IKO deals with your data. This regulation is applied by the Center IKO and is applicable as long as it is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

The Center IKO only discusses cases with professionals such as the Central Authority, lawyers, youth protectors etc., if we have received a written authorization of the person concerned to do so.
